Terms and conditions for returned items:

1. Products returned for exchange must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returned products with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded

2. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of  lingerie and/or swimwear and will not be refunded.

3. Customer would be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for products with other issues, such as color, sizing and preference.

4. When sending a return for exchanges (Non- Lingerie and/or Swimwear items)  , it is recommended that you ship the items with UPS, DHL or Fedex that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.

5. Return items (Non- Lingerie and/or Swimwear items) could be shipped to the designated address given by our customer service after the due verification process is completed shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

6. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable but we will not deduct any further cost for the return.
